Letters Regarding Cocoa Industry "Certification"

A number of organizations and chocolate companies sent these letters to Senator Harkin and Representative Engel expressing concern about the way the big chocolate companies have defined "certification" as part of the Harkin-Engel Protocol which is meant to end the worst forms of child labor in the cocoa industry.
