This report evaluates US compliance with International Labor Organization Convention 182 which focuses on eliminating the worst forms of child labor.  The report demonstrates that the US is not meeting its obligations under the Convention and that urgent action is need to protect child laborers in the US and bring the US into compliance with the Convention.
