Contact Congress about US Colombia FTA
Colombia has been classified as the most dangerous country in the world for labor organizing. Please contact your Members of Congress to encourage them to promote the inclusion of anti-discrimination clauses and enforceable labor rights mechanisms in the US-Colombia Free Trade Agreement (FTA), to provide better protections for women workers on flower plantations and in other sectors. Without major changes to the FTA with Colombia, the agreement should be opposed.
