International Labor Organization & Rights for Working Women
ILRF's Rights for Working Women (RFWW) Campaign has sought to bring together allies throughout the developing world to promote viable remedies for the problem of sexual harassment and violence in the workplace.
ILO standards include:
- Convention 100 - Equal Remuneration Convention, which guarantees equal remuneration for men and women workers for work of equal value
- Convention 111 - Discrimination of Employment and Occupation, which states that governments should “uphold equality of opportunity and treatment in respect of employment and occupation, with a view to eliminating any discrimination in respect thereof.”
- Convention 183 - Maternity Protection Convention, which protects women from safety risks during pregnancy and guarantees paid maternity leave
