This report shows how Firestone has violated all of the fundamental labor rights [2] as recognized by the International Labor Organization on its rubber plantation in Liberia.  Additionally, the report explains how child labor, freedom of association and collective bargaining and discrimination connect on the plantation and need to be addressed holistically by Firestone.
