ILRF encourages florists and other selling flowers to look for the certification labels of Veriflora and TransFair USA as one way to better the conditions for cut flower workers.

This document is a basic informational guide with information about Veriflora and TransFair USA and also indicates which retailers have the certified flowers available.

ILRF does however continue to believe that the most effective mechanism to end labor rights violations on cut flower plantations is for freedom of association to be respected so that workers have a say on issues of wages and working hours.
